Senior Revenue Operations Analyst

This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Senior Revenue Operations Analyst in the United States.

This role sits at the core of go-to-market performance, transforming complex revenue data into clear insights that drive smarter decisions across Sales, Marketing, and Executive Leadership. You will play a key part in improving forecasting accuracy, pipeline visibility, and overall revenue discipline within a fast-paced SaaS environment. Acting as both an analyst and strategic partner, you will design reporting frameworks, refine CRM data structures, and support executive-level business reviews. The role requires someone who thrives on structure, precision, and problem-solving, and who enjoys turning scattered data into actionable strategy. You will also contribute to improving operational processes and scaling reporting systems that support growth. This is a high-impact opportunity for an analytics-driven professional who wants to influence how revenue performance is measured and improved.

Accountabilities:
  • Own and manage recurring revenue reporting, including pipeline metrics, bookings, conversion rates, renewals, and forecast performance.
  • Build and maintain executive dashboards, scorecards, and reporting tools to support leadership decision-making.
  • Deliver ad hoc analyses for strategic initiatives such as territory planning, board reporting, and performance reviews.
  • Support forecasting cycles through data preparation, pipeline inspection, accuracy validation, and trend analysis.
  • Monitor pipeline health, stage progression, deal movement, and sales activity trends to identify risks and opportunities.
  • Improve forecast reliability by enhancing reporting processes and promoting operational consistency.
  • Develop and maintain Salesforce reports, dashboards, workflows, and data structures while ensuring data integrity and governance.
  • Support CRM optimization initiatives, including field updates, user requests, and system enhancements.
  • Track go-to-market KPIs and performance metrics across revenue teams and lifecycle stages.
  • Contribute to strategic projects such as system integrations, process improvements, and scalable reporting infrastructure development.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Business Analytics, or similar roles.
  • Strong proficiency in Excel and advanced data analysis techniques.
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce reporting, dashboards, and basic administrative functions.
  • Solid understanding of SaaS metrics, pipeline management, forecasting, and revenue operations frameworks.
  • Ability to translate complex data sets into clear, executive-ready insights and recommendations.
  • High attention to detail with strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with BI tools such as Power BI is a plus.
  • SQL knowledge or experience working with large datasets is a plus.
  • Familiarity with EdTech, SaaS, or B2B go-to-market environments is preferred.
  • Salesforce Administrator certification is an advantage.
Benefits:
  • Competitive annual salary ranging from 60,000 to 70,000 USD.
  • Remote-first work flexibility.
  • Opportunity to contribute to meaningful work in the education and literacy space.
  • Comprehensive professional development and training opportunities.
  • Collaborative, mission-driven work environment focused on impact and innovation.
  • Exposure to cross-functional strategic initiatives across Sales, Marketing, and Leadership teams.
  • Chance to build scalable analytics systems in a growing organization.
  • Inclusive workplace culture that values creativity, ownership, and continuous improvement.
