• Your Day-to-Day:
• Represent Raynor Services with pride and professionalism.
• Conduct routine maintenance, including filter changes, coil cleaning, and refrigerant level checks.
• Keep communication clear and professional with customers and team members.
• Perform diagnostic checks and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues.
• Support company sales goals by generating leads, promoting service agreements, and upselling products and services when appropriate.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with customers about system conditions, maintenance needs, and recommended repairs or upgrades.

What You Bring:

• 3+ years of HVAC service experience
• some sales experience preferred
• A dependable, team-focused, and positive attitude
• Strong technical skills
• Leadership ability and a passion for doing things right
• Flexible and open to growing
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
