Technical Product Manager
We are hiring a Technical Product Manager to partner closely with product leadership while operating deeply in technical feasibility, manufacturing constraints, and execution tradeoffs. This role sits at the intersection of product strategy and real-world production, helping transform ambitious ideas into products that deliver exceptional player experiences, while remaining scalable, manufacturable, and sustainable over time.
This role is about shaping how products come to life for players. The Technical Product Manager advocates for clarity, fairness, and quality at every stage, using technical insight to inform product decisions and ensure that what reaches players’ hands lives up to both design intent and long-term trust.
We are a fast-growing publisher dedicated to bringing the world's best IPs to the tabletop, since 2006. From My Hero Academia and Godzilla to Star Trek and Street Fighter, we have built a reputation for blending deep tactical gameplay with fan-favorite universes.

Support product-level success metrics, including delivery timelines and margin targets
Ensure product designs are manufacturable across regions, languages, and production partners
Identify technical risks early and drive solutions before they impact schedules or quality
Serve as the technical point of accountability for product decisions throughout the lifecycle
Continuously refine systems, specs, and processes to support long-term scalability

Bonus points for:
Experience with trading card games
