Registered Nurse at Willis-Knighton Health System – Shreveport, Louisiana

Willis Knighton Health is seeking an RN to work in a fast-paced ENT clinic. The ideal candidate will need to demonstrate strong work ethics, be dependable, have critical thinking and organizational skills, possess excellent communication skills, have a solid knowledge of computers, and have the initiative to work independently. We have an atmosphere of teamwork that we expect to continue with all the new hires as you will work closely with the physicians, managers, nursing, and clerical staff. The nurse will assist with the management of the patients and will set up/assist in ENT procedures. The job responsibilities include ENT procedures, lab, endoscopies. The job responsibilities are giving excellent patient care services, filling data entries, the ability to perform urology testing, taking vital signs, answering/returning phone calls, refills, and scheduling tests and procedures. Hospital and Departmental orientation will be provided upon completion of the hiring process in the training on our enterprise-wide management system. Including health records. You will be required to work Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 5:00 pm.
