Prep Cook in ORLANDO, Florida at Cafe Tu Tu Tango

The prep cook position is critical to the success of the company and plays an integral role in executing an extraordinary guest experience.

Alexandria Restaurant Partners locations include Adas on the River, Barca Pier & Wine Bar, Caf Tu Tu Tango, Mias Italian Kitchen, Palette 22, Theismanns, The Royal, and Volas Dockside Grill & Hi-Tide Lounge.

Duties include, but are not limited to:

• Adhere to recipes and proper preparation.
• Maintain strict adherence to proper food safety and sanitation procedures.
• Assist with the cleaning, sanitation, and organization of the kitchen, walk-in coolers, and storage areas
• Ensure a safe work environment in the Back of House to reduce the risk of injury and accidents.
• Assist in building and maintaining a team-oriented workplace by bringing a positive, consistent work ethic and participation level to each shift.

• Minimum 2-5 years of experience in a high-volume, full-service kitchen.
• Knowledgeable of food safety and sanitation practices.
• Communicates effectively.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Able to perform at a high level during volume and pressure situations.
• High-level multi-tasking abilities.
• High level of awareness, attention to detail, and follow-through.
• Dependable, reliable, and self-driven.
• Must speak and understand English.
