Achilles HR is a fast-paced seed-stage startup building AI-powered technology for modern HR and recruiting workflows. Were looking for a QA Engineer who cares deeply about product quality and enjoys working closely with engineers in a rapidly evolving codebase.

### What youll do
- Own product quality across web and backend systems
- Design, execute, and maintain test plans for new features and releases
- Identify, document, and help prioritize bugs and edge cases
- Work directly with engineers to reproduce issues and verify fixes
- Improve testing processes as the product and team scale
- Help define what done means from a quality perspective

### What were looking for
- Experience testing web applications and APIs
- Strong attention to detail and a user-first mindset
- Comfortable working in a fast-moving startup environment
- Ability to think critically about edge cases and failure modes
- Clear written and verbal communication

### Nice to have (but not required)
- Experience with automated testing frameworks
- Familiarity with modern frontend frameworks and/or backend services
- Experience testing AI-driven or data-heavy products
- Startup or early-stage company experience
