Job Title: AP Bookkeeper - Part Time - Full Time

Location: Newark, NJ 07114

Pay Rate: $22/hour

Schedule: 24 - 40 hours/week – flexible schedule, option to work 3 or 5 days per week

About the Role:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Payable Bookkeeper to join our team. This is a part-time position with a flexible schedule, perfect for candidates with prior AP or bookkeeping experience looking to contribute to an organized, fast-paced accounting team.

Responsibilities:

• Process accounts payable transactions accurately and in a timely manner
• Review, code, and enter invoices
• Assist with vendor communications and inquiries
• Reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies
• Support the accounting team with general bookkeeping tasks as needed

Qualifications:

• Prior Accounts Payable or Bookkeeping experience required
• Experience with Sage Intacct accounting software is a plus
• Experience with MineralTree or other third-party invoice processing systems is a plus

Requirements:

• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. (E-Verify required)
