PREP

Role:

• Prep will be responsible for following all recipes
• Prep will be responsible for baking biscuits, Cookies and rolls.
• Prep will be responsible for insuring that the pack line is stocked with all prep items to insure we can fill all food orders.
• Prep will be responsible for marinating all fish liver gizzards tenders and chicken
• Prep will insure that their area is cleaned and stocked

Qualifications:

• Must have 1 year experience in food preparation.
• Must be able to read and follow instructions
• Must be able to Multi task and work in a fast pace environment.
• Must be able to lift, stand, and bend up to 6 hour time periods.
• Must be able to operate cooking equiptment
