    • Cook foods according to menus, special dietary or nutritional requirements, or numbers of portions to be served per management or following approved recipe. Monitor and record food temperatures to ensure food safety. Clean and sanitize work areas & equipment.

    • Minimum Education
      • N/A

    • Minimum Experience
      • 1 year of Institutional or Fast Food preparations

    • Required Registration/License/Certification
      • 3 year servsafe certificate within 90 days

    • Preferred Education
      • High school diploma or equivalent

    • Preferred Experience
      • 2 years of Institutional or Fast Food preparations

    • Preferred Registration/License/Certification
      • 5-year ServSafe Certification or Equivalent food protection manger certification

    • Other Requirements
      • N/A
