Job SummaryThe transplant Advanced Practice Provider (APP) works in collaboration with a multidisciplinary health care team. As the transplant APP, the primary role is to provide perioperative care for all transplant patients. This includes inpatient management of critically ill and floor status patients from admission to discharge, as well as outpatient management throughout the transplantation process.
