WAREHOUSE STAFF at L'AGENCE – Commerce, California

L’AGENCE, an upscale contemporary fashion brand, is looking for an experienced Warehouse Pick and Packer Associate. L’AGENCE is distributed globally in retailers such as Sak’s 5thAvenue, Neiman Marcus, Bergdorf Goodman, Intermix, Shopbop, Revolve, Harrod’s, Net-A-Porter, as well as lagence.com and our own retail stores on Melrose Place and Madison Avenue.

POSITION SUMMARY: Primarily responsible for preparing, packaging, and shipping items sold, ordered, purchased, or otherwise fulfilled through Shopify online orders. Your responsibilities will be to ensure efficient, safe, and professional packaging, shipping, and receiving of various items.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Able to manage a tape gun and dispenser
• Understand Scanning system
• Ticket garments
• Folding and bagging garments
• Complete orders, including picking merchandise, packing orders, and prepare for shipping
• Process returns
• Assist with inventory counts and warehouse organization
• Ensure all procedures, policies, and standards are followed
• Maintain safe working conditions within the warehouse and exercise care in the course of work to prevent injuries to self and co-workers
• Able to lift/carry up to 40/50 lbs.
• Perform additional duties as assigned or required

REQUIREMENTS:

• Ability to start shift at designated time
• Ability to work extended hours, including weekends, as needed
• Willingness and capacity to sit/stand for minimum periods of one hour at a time to prepare shipments
• Preferred, one year of warehouse experience
• Valid Driver’s License, must be willing to submit to a background check
• U.S. work authorization required

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $18.00 per hour
