Job Title: Team Member

Summary:

Provides exceptional customer service to all customers by receiving and preparing customer orders in an efficient manner by performing the following duties.

Duties and Responsibilities: (Other duties may be assigned.)

1. Greets customers in a courteous manner as they enter the store
2. Applies knowledge of the Baked Bear products and assists customers through the ordering process
3. Takes orders and prepares menu items promptly and in accordance with customer requests.
4. Applies knowledge of food handling requirements
5. Operates the POS system and cash register properly with each transaction
6. Bakes cookies according to store procedures
7. Responsible for keeping the counters and surrounding areas clean using proper cleaning procedures
8. Adheres to all company policies in a professional and timely manner
9. Possess a food handlers card or attend an in-house food handlers class and pass the test
