AFTER HOURS STAFF NURSE - HOME HEALTH in Middleburg Heights, Ohio at Southwest General

The After Hours Registered Nurse (RN) provides both telephonic and direct care for patients Monday - Thursday 4:30 pm - 8:00 am and Friday 4:30 pm - Monday 8:00 am. The After Hours RN uses the nursing processes with care management strategies to coordinate care and provide nursing services for patients in the home and assisted living facility.

Graduate of an accredited school of nursing and current licensure by Ohio State Board of Nursing. BSN required unless otherwise approved (clinical ladder promotion process or CNO approval for new hire)

Previous experience in specific nursing area preferred.

Current license by the Ohio State Board of Nursing.

CPR certification required.

ACLS preferred.

If applicable, ACLS certification for Critical Care and Emergency Services required.

PALS required in Emergency Services.

Holds valid driver's license and current driver's insurance coverage.
