Leasing Agent – Granite Works Apartments
Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced weekend Leasing Agent for a 145-unit luxury apartment building in Delano, MN.
Leasing Agent Responsibilities and Duties
-Answer incoming calls professionally
-Assist with marketing the property and generating traffic leads
-Outreach to prospective tenants
-Show & lease apartments
-Help prospects find the right apartment home
-Interact with residents & take work orders
-Follow up on apartment leads
-Assist with Move ins and Move outs & maintain resident files
-Other duties as assigned by property/resident manager
-Yardi experience is preferred, but not required
Leasing Agent Qualifications and Skills
-Leasing Experience Required or Excellent Customer Service skills
-Organized & Punctual
Average of 30 hours per week consisting of 2 days during the work week and covering weekend hours. Weekend Hours (Saturday 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM and Sunday 12:00 PM – 4:00 PM)
Hourly wage plus commission on leases.
