  • Partner with solution architects, business analysts, and technical stakeholders to translate business and technical requirements into scalable integration solutions.

  • Implement API security, authentication, authorization, governance, and lifecycle management in line with enterprise architecture and banking security standards.
  • Support CI/CD, deployment automation, monitoring, performance optimization, and production operations for MuleSoft services.
  • Troubleshoot complex integration, performance, and production issues across MuleSoft services and connected applications, driving problems through to resolution.
  • Participate in technical design sessions, code reviews, Agile ceremonies, testing, deployment, and production-readiness activities.
  • Collaborate with infrastructure, cloud, security, and application teams to ensure successful implementation and operational stability.
  • Support large-scale merger and conversion initiatives through integration modernization, API enablement, and connectivity across complex enterprise environments.
  • Mentor junior developers and promote consistent engineering standards, reusable solutions, and development best practices.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of relevant enterprise application development experience, including hands-on development of MuleSoft integrations.
  • Strong experience designing and developing APIs using the MuleSoft Anypoint Platform.
  • Demonstrated expertise with REST APIs, SOAP web services, JSON, XML, API-led connectivity, and enterprise integration patterns.
  • Experience integrating enterprise applications, databases, and cloud services within complex technology environments.
  • Strong development experience with .NET and/or Java, combined with practical knowledge of MuleSoft DataWeave.
  • Experience with SQL, relational databases, data transformation, and integration-oriented data processing.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD practices, Git, Azure DevOps, or comparable DevOps and source-control platforms.
  • Strong troubleshooting, performance-tuning, monitoring, and production-support capabilities.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with solution architects, business analysts, engineers, infrastructure teams, security specialists, and other cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to explain technical concepts clearly to both technical and business audiences.
  • Advanced English communication skills are required.
  • Comfortable working in an Agile environment, taking ownership of complex technical problems, and contributing to technical decisions.
  • Experience mentoring other developers and promoting engineering best practices is highly valued.
Benefits:
  • Competitive salary.
  • Generous paid vacation days.
  • Unlimited sick time.
  • 100% employer-paid health and dental benefits starting on day one.
  • Annual profit-sharing distribution.
  • Retirement matching program.
