Key Responsibilities:

- Assess clients’ employment needs, skills, and barriers to develop individualized employment plans.

- Provide career counseling, job search assistance, and skills development resources.

- Connect clients with training programs, educational opportunities, and community resources.

- Monitor client progress and adjust plans as needed to ensure successful employment outcomes.

- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client interactions and progress.

- Collaborate with employers, training providers, and community organizations to facilitate employment opportunities.

- Advocate for clients to ensure they receive appropriate support and services.

Requirements:

Skills and Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in social work, human services, psychology, or related field preferred.

- Proven experience in case management, employment services, or related roles.

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

- Ability to assess client needs and develop tailored employment plans.

- Knowledge of local employment resources, training programs, and community services.

- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
