Full Stack Developer - Media & Streaming Platforms in Dallas, Texas at Dallas, Texas

CTG is seeking to fill a Full Stack Developer - Media & Streaming Platforms position for our client.

Location: Dallas, TX
Duration: 10 months

Duties:

• Design, develop, and support next-generation digital platforms, content delivery applications, streaming solutions, and customer-facing experiences.

• Develop scalable front-end and back-end applications across the full technology stack.

• Build and integrate solutions supporting media content management, video delivery, subscriber platforms, advertising technology, and digital user experiences.

• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve software defects and performance issues.

• Implement security, scalability, reliability, and performance best practices.

• Develop and execute unit, integration, and end-to-end testing strategies.

• Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback.

• Optimize applications for speed, scalability, and user experience.

• Support CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation.

• Stay current with emerging technologies and recommend improvements to existing systems.

Skills:

Front-End: React, Angular, Vue.js, JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML/CSS, Bootstrap, Tailwind

Back-End: Node.js, Java, Spring Boot, .NET Core, Python, Express.js

Database: SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB

DevOps & Cloud: Git, Jenkins, CI/CD, cloud-based application development

Experience:

• 3+ years of full stack development experience.

• 3+ years of experience in Media, Entertainment, Broadcasting, Streaming, Telecommunications, or Digital Content industries.

• Experience developing digital platforms, streaming solutions, content delivery applications, or customer-facing applications.

• Experience with application integration, testing, troubleshooting, performance optimization, and CI/CD processes.

• Strong understanding of scalable, secure, and reliable application development.

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.
