Business Systems Analyst in Norwell, Massachusetts at Sager Electronics

Technology is most impactful when it solves real business challenges. We're looking for a Business Systems Analyst who enjoys partnering with stakeholders, improving processes, and helping translate business needs into effective technology solutions.

In this role, you'll act as the bridge between business users and IT, supporting projects from requirements gathering and solution design through testing, implementation, and user training. You'll work across departments to evaluate business needs, recommend improvements, and help deliver applications that drive operational success.

Annual Compensation Range (Base Range): $68,000 - $85,000

Actual compensation may vary based on factors such as geographic location, experience, education, and skill level. Final base salary and will be confirmed at the time of offer.
