Summary
This position is responsible for completing various Accounts Payable and Payroll tasks, including but not limited to setting up vendors, entering and coding vendor bills, working with vendors to resolve balance inquiries, employee expense reimbursements, and payroll entry and processing. Also involved with other accounting tasks, such as bank reconciliations, credit card entires, etc. Plays key role in annual external audits and assists with process improvement. 3+ years experience in an Accounts Payable and/or Payroll related role preferred.
Essential Duties And Responsibilities

- Set up new vendors in Bill.com system
- Enter vendor invoices, ensuring proper GL coding is used and approval is received
- Respond to vendor inquiries in a timely manner
- Audit and process employee expense reports in Concur
- Audit timesheets to ensure all punches are in; coordinate with employee and employee’s supervisor for any missing or incorrect punches.
- Generate payroll files, enter additional payroll items such as bonuses, commissions and additional overtime calculations.
- Work with Director of Accounting & Finance to ensure timely processing of the payroll files
- Prepare and send out monthly Franchise royalty invoices
- Assist in assembling documents and detail for audit requests

- Strong knowledge of computers and technology including cloud-based software and applications.

Education and/or Experience
- Bachelors degree, or 3+ years of experience in an Accounts Payable or Payroll role, or a related field.
