Pay Range: $60,000 - $65,000 per year
Location: 455 W 56th Avenue, Building 3, Suite 100, Denver, CO 80216
Schedule: Monday - Friday from 9am - 5pm (Shifts are subject to change during peak seasons, which will include weekend availability)

Summary of Role:

Responsible for overseeing the team of Pack and Ship Associates to ensure timely fulfilling orders, arranging inventory in shipping containers and preparing them for shipment. They use warehouse management software, Deposco, to track and prioritize orders, manage important shipping documents, direct package flow, and collaborate with various departments to optimize processes. This is a full-time, exempt position and will report directly to the Distribution Center Manager.
Responsibilities:

• Own the daily Pack & Ship workflow, ensuring orders move efficiently from picking and preparation through packing and final shipment.
  
  
• Manage the order fulfillment process using warehouse and shipping software to track, check, prioritize, and route orders accurately and efficiently.
  
  
• Coordinate the flow of orders through the warehouse, ensuring orders are properly picked, packed, labeled, staged, and ready for shipment.

• Manage essential shipping and warehouse documentation, including advance shipping notices (ASNs), pick slips, bills of lading, shipping labels, and other fulfillment paperwork.
  
  
• Perform quality checks on completed orders, inspecting labels, barcodes, packaging, quantities, and other shipment details for accuracy before orders leave the warehouse.
  
  
• Lead the Pack & Ship team by interviewing, selecting, training, supervising, and developing Pack & Ship Associates.
  
  
• Keep Pack & Ship operations running efficiently by monitoring workflow, identifying bottlenecks, reducing errors, and recommending improvements to warehouse and fulfillment processes.
  
  
• Collaborate with Warehouse, Purchasing, and other managers to improve order fulfillment, inventory flow, shipping processes, and overall warehouse efficiency.
  
  
• Help coordinate daily Pack & Ship priorities, adjusting workflow and staffing as needed to keep orders moving and shipping deadlines on track.
  
  
• Review weekly time sheets for Pack & Ship Associates and ensure hours are accurate.
  
  
• Troubleshoot and resolve shipping and fulfillment issues, including order discrepancies, labeling issues, damaged packages, incorrect shipments, and other order-related problems.
  
  
• Ensure Pack & Ship and warehouse operations comply with company policies, shipping requirements, safety standards, and applicable regulations.
  
  
• Keep management informed by reporting on Pack & Ship activity, order volume, operational issues, staffing needs, and opportunities for improvement.
  
  
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse and Pack & Ship workspace that supports an efficient and productive operation.
  
  
• Create a positive, team-oriented warehouse environment by communicating clearly, supporting your team, and leading by example.
  
  
• Jump in and perform Pack & Ship Associate duties when needed, demonstrating proper packing, shipping, order fulfillment, and warehouse procedures.
  
  
• Lead by example by maintaining high standards for accuracy, productivity, organization, safety, and customer service.
  
  
• Perform other duties as assigned
  

Requirements:

• Computer savvy with excellent knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel)
