Job Description

Warehouse SupervisorLocation: Kenosha, WI
Salary Range: $58,000 to $62,000 annually, based on experience
Schedule: 6:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m. on a rotating schedule. Must be available to work overtime, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Position Summary

The Warehouse Supervisor oversees daily warehouse operations with a focus on inventory accuracy, shipping, and receiving activities. This role ensures efficient labor management, safety compliance, and excellent customer service. The Supervisor leads and develops warehouse staff, enforces policies and procedures, and collaborates closely with management to meet operational goals and maintain a safe, productive work environment.

Essential Responsibilities
  • Supervise all warehouse staff and maintain regular communication with the Warehouse Manager.
  • Oversee and coordinate all inventory control, shipping, and receiving activities to ensure accurate order fulfillment, timely deliveries, and proper documentation.
  • Ensure accurate inventory counts, perform cycle counts as needed, investigate discrepancies, and maintain appropriate records to support inventory accuracy.
  • Monitor and manage receiving and shipping schedules; ensure proper unloading, loading, and handling of materials and products.
  • Maintain accurate payroll records including timely approval of timecards and time off requests. Communicate any issues with HR and adhere to all attendance policy standards.
  • Additional duties and responsibilities as assigned.

  • Knowledge of inventory management practices
  • Skill in the use of computers, preferably in a PC, Windows-based operating environment
  • Ability to analyze processes and make recommendations for improvements.
Physical and Work Environment Requirements

This position works in an active warehouse environment and requires frequent movement and material handling. Candidates must be able to lift up to 75 pounds independently or with assistance, work around powered equipment, wear required personal protective equipment, and work in varying temperatures, noise levels, dust, fumes, and odors.
