This position is ideal for someone who thrives in data-driven environments where precision, transparency, and execution rigor are essential.

Accountabilities:
  • Lead financial governance across multiple programs, ensuring accuracy in forecasting, revenue tracking, backlog health, and funding management.
  • Translate program and financial data into actionable insights, proactively identifying risks and driving mitigation strategies with stakeholders.
  • Maintain operational discipline across program execution, ensuring alignment with organizational financial and delivery targets.
  • Oversee PSA and delivery operations, including project setup, resource allocation, timekeeping compliance, and billing processes.
  • Manage subcontractor and vendor operations end-to-end, including purchase orders, invoicing, funding oversight, and performance tracking.
  • Establish and enforce operational controls to ensure compliant, consistent, and auditable program execution.
  • Prepare executive-ready materials for program and management reviews, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and alignment with leadership expectations.
  • Track action items across programs and ensure timely follow-up and accountability across stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree with at least 3+ years of experience in program management, program operations, financial governance, or a related field.
  • Strong ability to manage multiple programs simultaneously in structured, deadline-driven environments.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into clear, executive-level insights.
  • Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and other PC-based business tools.
  • Experience in operational rigor, process improvement, and delivery governance within complex organizations.
  • Active Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility (preferred/desired for certain roles).
  • Familiarity with tools such as Salesforce, Certinia PSA, Power BI, or Microsoft Copilot is a plus.
  • Experience supporting government or contract-driven environments is highly valued.
Benefits:
  • Competitive base salary ranging from $124,800 to $173,200 USD annually, depending on experience and location.
  • Eligibility for performance-based bonus plans.
  • Comprehensive benefits package including health insurance coverage and employer contributions.
  • 401(k) retirement plan with company match.
  • Flexible paid time off to support work-life balance.
  • Exposure to high-impact, mission-driven government programs.
  • Professional growth opportunities in program leadership, operations, and financial governance.
  • Collaborative, structured environment with strong emphasis on accountability and execution excellence.
