You will play a key role in building and managing a strong sales pipeline through multi-channel outreach strategies, including email, LinkedIn, calls, and account-based marketing approaches. The position involves working closely with marketing and delivery teams to craft tailored solutions, proposals, and client engagement strategies. You will take ownership of the full client acquisition lifecycle—from prospecting and discovery to proposal creation and deal closure. This is a high-impact, target-driven role ideal for professionals with strong B2B sales experience who enjoy consultative selling and strategic client engagement. The role is remote and provides the flexibility to work across multiple communication channels and regional markets.
- Identify, research, and qualify potential clients using platforms such as Apollo.io, LinkedIn, inbound leads, and curated prospect lists.
- Execute multi-channel outreach campaigns including email sequencing, cold calling, and social selling to generate qualified opportunities.
- Conduct discovery calls, gather client requirements, and build targeted account strategies aligned with business needs.
- Develop customized proposals, pricing decks, and statements of work tailored to client industries and decision-makers.
- Schedule, lead, and document client meetings, demos, and negotiations throughout the sales cycle.
- Collaborate with marketing and delivery teams to align messaging, case studies, and account-based marketing initiatives.
- Ensure accurate CRM management including pipeline tracking, forecasting, and activity reporting.
- Maintain consistent follow-ups and handover coordination to ensure smooth onboarding of new clients.
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in business development or client acquisition, preferably within a marketing agency or B2B services environment.
- Proven experience in prospecting and outbound sales using tools such as Apollo.io, LinkedIn, and email automation platforms.
- Strong ability to lead client conversations, discovery calls, and negotiations with confidence.
- Experience in account-based marketing (ABM), including ICP definition, account mapping, and multi-touch outreach strategies.
- Excellent proposal writing, presentation, and consultative selling skills.
- Strong communication skills in English; knowledge of Tamil, Hindi, or Kannada is an added advantage.
- Highly organized with strong time management and ability to handle multiple deals simultaneously.
- Familiarity with CRM tools such as HubSpot or Zoho and proficiency in MS Office/Google Workspace.
