■ Ensure all traceability documentation, certifications of conformance (CoC), and shipping paperwork are complete and accurate prior to shipment
■ Process Engineering Change Orders (ECOs) and customer-driven specification changes, updating work instructions and production schedules accordingly
■ Support customer audits, source inspections, and first article inspection (FAI) activities

■ Ensure proper setup and operation of assembly fixtures, test equipment, torque tools, and soldering stations
■ Conduct daily production meetings (tier boards / stand-ups) to communicate goals, status, and safety topics
■ Identify and remove production bottlenecks and participate in continuous improvement activities (Kaizen, 5S, Lean Manufacturing)
■ Manage material flow to ensure kits are staged, parts are available, and shortages are escalated to planning/procurement
■ Maintain accurate time and attendance, labor tracking, and production records in the MRP/ERP system
AS9100 Quality Compliance & Assurance
