- Serve as a strategic connector between product, engineering, commercial, and operational functions to ensure efficient coordination and execution across the organization.
- Maintain visibility into company-wide developments and ensure leadership teams remain informed on key risks, opportunities, and business signals.
- 4 to 5 years of experience in high-performance environments such as strategy consulting, investment banking, private equity, fintech, SaaS, or fast-scaling technology companies.
- Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills with the ability to synthesize complex information into clear recommendations and actionable insights.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English, with experience preparing executive presentations, reports, and business narratives.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously while operating effectively in ambiguous and rapidly changing environments.
- Strong organizational and project management capabilities with a demonstrated ability to execute independently and deliver results with minimal oversight.
- Advanced proficiency in spreadsheet analysis, PowerPoint presentations, financial modeling, and data interpretation; SQL knowledge is considered a plus.
- Familiarity with AI tools, workflow automation, and practical AI adoption strategies within business operations is highly desirable.
- High level of discretion, judgment, and professionalism when handling sensitive organizational or commercial information.
- Intellectual curiosity and adaptability with the ability to switch seamlessly between strategic, operational, financial, and technical topics.
