Associate Director, Technology Solutions

Accountabilities:
  • Develop and execute strategic technology solutions that align with organizational goals and operational priorities.
  • Partner with business and functional stakeholders to identify opportunities for process optimization, systems enhancement, and digital transformation initiatives.
  • Lead complex technical and operational projects, ensuring successful implementation, adoption, and measurable business outcomes.
  • Serve as a liaison between technical teams and business units to translate operational needs into scalable technology solutions.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives by evaluating existing systems, workflows, and operational processes to identify areas for efficiency gains.
  • Oversee cross-functional collaboration efforts and support teams in resolving technical and operational challenges.
  • Guide decision-making related to technology enablement, operational effectiveness, and strategic business initiatives.
  • Support leadership in managing organizational change, process improvements, and technology-driven innovation initiatives.
  • Ensure solutions and workflows align with compliance, security, and operational standards, particularly within remote work environments.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 6+ years of technical experience with strong expertise in operations, systems management, communications, and process optimization.
  • 10+ years of progressive experience leading continuous improvement initiatives, evaluating systems, and implementing operational enhancements.
  • 2+ years of management or leadership experience overseeing teams, projects, or cross-functional initiatives.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise technology environments and the interrelationship between business operations and technical systems.
  • Proven ability to solve complex operational and technical problems while managing multiple priorities effectively.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence across organizational levels.
  • Passion for improving customer and consumer experiences through technology-driven solutions and operational excellence.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment while collaborating effectively with distributed teams.
  • Master’s degree is considered a plus.
