Production Supervisor - Foam C Shift in Edmond, Oklahoma at Morrison Cup Solutions LLC

We are looking for a Production Supervisor to support the Foam Department of Morrison Cup Solutions on our C shift. This role is a full-time position with excellent benefits. The Schedule alternates on a two-week schedule: Week 1: Thursday- Sunday, 4a – 4p Week 2: Friday - Sunday 4a – 4p

Position Duties and Responsibilities

· Supervise a team of 6 to 12 associates

· Responsible for guiding the team through completion of projects

· Motivate, support, and provide knowledge

· Ensure workers are following proper procedures and are complying with health and safety rules

· Adapt to sudden changes in production schedules

· Work in a fast-paced dynamic environment

· Pay close attention to detail and quality

· Attend and conduct weekly staff and safety meetings

· Establishing a balance between increased productivity and reduced cost of manufacturing operations

· Setting productivity goals for team

· Evaluating machine resources to ensure continued production and minimal downtime

Compensation

Morrison Cup offers a competitive compensation program, allowances, and an excellent benefit package.

· $25.00/hr. + bonus & Shift Differential

Minimum Qualifications

· Dependable (must be at work on time) and cover shifts if necessary

· Must be mechanically inclined

· Excellent communication skills

· Manufacturing and Supervisory experience

· Knowledge of Power BI and Power Apps a plus

· Pallet jack and forklift experience a plus
