  • 10+ years of experience in renewable energy operations and maintenance, including leadership responsibilities within utility-scale energy or infrastructure environments.
  • Strong expertise in energy storage systems, battery energy storage systems (BESS), or related renewable energy technologies.
  • Proven background in technical asset management, field operations leadership, and portfolio optimization strategies.
  • Experience managing O&M providers, OEM relationships, and large-scale operational vendor networks.
  • Solid understanding of OSHA, NERC, ISO/RTO compliance frameworks, operational risk management, and safety procedures.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills with the ability to collaborate across technical and executive teams.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment with evolving operational priorities.
Benefits:
  • Fully remote work opportunity anywhere within the United States.
  • Competitive base salary with comprehensive compensation package.
  • Open PTO policy and flexible work hours.
  • Comprehensive health and wellness benefits.
  • Opportunity to work alongside an experienced and transparent executive leadership team.
  • Exposure to cutting-edge utility-scale renewable energy and energy storage projects.
