This role is a high-impact, fully remote sales opportunity for an experienced staffing professional who excels at building new business and closing enterprise-level deals. You will be responsible for driving revenue growth by developing strategic relationships with mid-market and Fortune 1000 clients across the U.S. operating within competitive professional staffing markets. The position requires a true hunter mentality, combining proactive prospecting with strong consultative selling skills to expand market share. You will manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation and discovery through negotiation and client onboarding. In this role, you will be responsible for driving new client acquisition and managing the full sales lifecycle within the professional staffing industry.
- Develop and execute new business strategies targeting enterprise and mid-market organizations across the United States
- Prospect, engage, and close new staffing opportunities across IT, Finance, Engineering, and related professional services sectors
- Own the full sales cycle, including outreach, discovery, solution positioning, negotiation, and client onboarding
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders such as Talent Acquisition leaders, Procurement teams, MSPs, and workforce program managers
- Navigate complex sales environments and influence multiple decision-makers within large organizations
- Consistently achieve and exceed revenue targets and sales performance goals
- Represent the organization at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to expand market presence
This position requires a seasoned staffing sales professional with a strong track record of enterprise business development and relationship management.
- 7+ years of successful sales experience in the professional staffing industry (e.g., IT, Finance & Accounting, Engineering, or related fields)
- Proven success in generating and closing new enterprise and mid-market client accounts
- Strong existing network within talent acquisition, staffing, or workforce solutions ecosystems
- Demonstrated ability to sell complex staffing solutions into corporate environments
- Entrepreneurial, hunter mindset with strong drive for new business acquisition
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and executive-level presentation skills
- Proficiency with CRM platforms (e.g., Dynamics CRM) and collaboration tools such as Zoom and Microsoft Office Suite
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Willingness to travel occasionally for client meetings and industry events (2–3 times per year)
