You will support members throughout the process, from the initial consultation to application completion. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Communicating with union members through inbound and outbound calls
• Scheduling and conducting virtual or telephone appointments
• Presenting benefit programs clearly and professionally
• Helping members understand options based on their individual needs
• Completing digital applications accurately and efficiently
• Upholding company standards for service, quality, and compliance
• Participating in ongoing training, mentorship, and leadership development
