About the Role:
The Lifestyles Assistant plays a pivotal role in enhancing the living experience within residential communities by supporting lifestyle programming and resident engagement initiatives. This position focuses on creating a vibrant, inclusive environment that fosters community connection and satisfaction among residents. The Lifestyles Assistant collaborates closely with property management and vendors to coordinate events, manage communications, and ensure seamless execution of lifestyle activities. By attentively responding to resident needs and feedback, the assistant helps to maintain high levels of resident retention and positive community reputation. Ultimately, this role contributes to the overall success of the property by promoting a welcoming and dynamic atmosphere that aligns with the community’s brand and values.
Minimum Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree or higher preferred.
- Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, event coordination, or community engagement.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact effectively with diverse populations.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with social media platforms.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to support community events.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working in residential property management or real estate industry.
- Certification or coursework in event planning, community management, or related fields.
- Knowledge of budgeting and financial tracking related to event management.
- Proficiency with property management software or customer relationship management (CRM) tools.
- Bilingual abilities or additional language skills to better serve diverse resident populations.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in planning, organizing, and executing community events and activities that cater to diverse resident interests and demographics.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for residents regarding lifestyle programs, providing timely information and support.
- Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and internal teams to ensure all event logistics and amenities are properly managed.
- Maintain accurate records of event attendance, resident feedback, and program effectiveness to inform continuous improvement.
- Support marketing efforts by creating engaging content for newsletters, social media, and community bulletin boards.
- Help manage budgets related to lifestyle programming and track expenses to ensure cost-effectiveness.
- Respond promptly and professionally to resident inquiries and concerns related to lifestyle services.
- Collaborate with property management to align lifestyle initiatives with overall community goals and compliance standards.
