Maintenance Technician at CBM Systems L.L.C

Shift: 8am-4:30pm Monday-Friday - 40 Hours/Week

Requirements:

• Able to lift up to 30lbs.
• Employees must use non-slip shoes during working hours.

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the proper operation and maintenance of equipment, providing excellent customer service, and performing repairs as needed. This role is vital in maintaining a safe, efficient, and well-functioning environment through proactive maintenance and responsive troubleshooting.

Duties

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on various equipment to ensure optimal performance.
• Conduct equipment inspections to identify potential issues before they lead to failures.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests, providing excellent customer service to internal teams or clients.
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and operational issues with equipment.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and inspections.
• Follow safety protocols and ensure compliance with safety standards during all maintenance operations.
• Assist in the inventory management of maintenance supplies and tools.
• Collaborate with other departments to coordinate maintenance activities with minimal disruption to operations.

Requirements

• Proven experience in maintenance, repair, and operations (MRO).
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with team members and clients.
• Knowledge of equipment repair and preventive maintenance procedures.
• Ability to troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, or operational problems efficiently.
• Basic understanding of safety regulations related to maintenance work.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Relevant technical certifications or training are preferred but not mandatory.
