Job Description
This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Revenue Operations Lead based in United States.
This is a foundational revenue operations leadership role supporting a rapidly scaling enterprise go-to-market organization.
You will build the systems, processes, models, and reporting that connect direct enterprise sales with partner-led growth.
The role spans forecasting, pipeline management, territory and quota planning, compensation, deal desk, and GTM technology.
You will establish the operational infrastructure needed to distinguish and measure multiple revenue motions accurately.
Working closely with Sales, Finance, People Operations, and delivery teams, you will turn complex commercial activity into reliable data and actionable insights.
This is a hands-on opportunity for someone who thrives in an environment where processes and infrastructure still need to be built.
Your work will directly influence forecast accuracy, sales productivity, revenue attribution, and the organization's ability to scale efficiently.
- Own the weekly forecasting process across direct and partner-led sales motions, establish forecast cadences, and measure forecast accuracy against commitments.
- Define and enforce CRM-based opportunity stages, entry and exit criteria, qualification requirements, pipeline coverage, conversion, velocity, and stage-aging standards.
- Establish pipeline inspection and hygiene processes that identify stalled, at-risk, or poorly qualified opportunities before they affect forecasts.
- Build and maintain a revenue attribution framework distinguishing partner-sourced, partner-influenced, and partner-delivered revenue, with clear definitions aligned with Finance.
- Design and administer deal registration, channel conflict policies, account-overlap rules, and revenue treatment for OEM and embedded partnerships.
- Develop territory, account coverage, capacity, and quota models, including ramp assumptions for annual and mid-year planning.
- Design and administer variable compensation plans covering accelerators, multipliers, partner-sourced credit, split credit, and other incentive structures.
- Own commission calculation accuracy and manage the associated dispute-resolution process in partnership with Finance and People Operations.
- Manage the go-to-market technology ecosystem, including CRM, reporting, data warehouse, enrichment, and sales engagement tools, as well as their integrations and roadmap.
- Own CRM architecture and governance, including objects, properties, validation rules, permissions, workflows, account hierarchies, deduplication, domain matching, and currency normalization.
- Build reliable data flows between the CRM and warehouse so that commercial reporting is centralized, consistent, and easily auditable.
- Support pricing and packaging across seat-based, consumption, embedded, OEM, on-premise, air-gapped, and multi-year enterprise agreements.
- Own approval matrices, discount governance, non-standard terms review, and deal desk processes to accelerate commercial execution.
- Improve the lead-to-cash process by coordinating contract redlines, data-processing agreements, security questionnaires, vendor onboarding, and purchase order workflows in parallel with technical evaluations.
- Establish a clear closed-won handoff between Sales, pre-sales, and post-sales delivery teams to ensure sold solutions are accurately scoped and delivered.
- Develop reporting and analysis covering win/loss rates, competitors, sales motions, ramp curves, cycle times, acquisition costs, partner performance, and expansion opportunities.
- Provide reliable go-to-market analysis for executive, board, and investor reporting in partnership with Finance.
- Continuously evaluate reporting and operational processes, eliminating activities that do not meaningfully improve decision-making or business outcomes.
Requirements:
- 4–8+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, GTM Strategy and Operations, Deal Desk, or a related function within a B2B enterprise software environment.
- Demonstrated experience supporting or operating enterprise sales cycles involving contracts in the $250K–$1M+ range.
- Proven ability to build new processes, systems, operating models, or reporting frameworks from the ground up rather than simply maintaining established infrastructure.
- Strong hands-on SQL skills, with the ability to query warehouse data, build analytical models, validate results, and independently audit numbers.
- Advanced spreadsheet modeling capabilities and strong analytical problem-solving skills.
- Administrator- or architect-level expertise with HubSpot or Salesforce, including data models, custom properties, workflows, permissions, integrations, and automation.
- Experience with partner or channel operations, including deal registration, partner attribution, co-selling, marketplace transactions, OEM arrangements, or embedded revenue models.
- Direct experience owning forecasting processes, developing or significantly redesigning compensation plans, and building or defending quota models.
- Strong commercial judgment and the confidence to challenge sales assumptions, forecasts, and pipeline quality using data and sound business reasoning.
- Ability to operate independently in an environment without an established analyst, BI function, or external operations vendor.
- Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills, with the ability to work effectively across Sales, Finance, People Operations, pre-sales, and post-sales teams.
- High ownership, attention to detail, and comfort managing multiple priorities in a fast-moving and evolving organization.
- Experience in AI-native, agentic AI, automation, or orchestration businesses is a plus.
- Familiarity with global systems integrators, hyperscaler ecosystems, practice economics, rate cards, marketplace private offers, or co-sell programs is desirable.
- Experience with consumption or hybrid pricing models is advantageous.
- Exposure to BPO, HRIS and payroll technology, financial services, healthcare, or legal technology markets is a plus.
- Python or dbt experience alongside SQL is an additional advantage.
Benefits:
- Compensation determined based on location, seniority, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
- Eligibility for variable compensation, equity, and additional benefits depending on role and level.
- Opportunity to build and lead a foundational Revenue Operations function within a high-growth enterprise technology environment.
- Broad ownership across forecasting, GTM systems, partner operations, compensation, deal desk, and commercial analytics.
- Opportunity to work closely with senior leaders across Sales, Finance, and other business functions.
- Exposure to complex enterprise sales motions, strategic partnerships, AI-driven technology, and emerging commercial models.
- An environment designed for high ownership, autonomy, and measurable business impact.
