This is a remote opportunity available within the Atlantic, Eastern, and Central U.S. time zones, with some early morning, evening, and travel requirements.

Accountabilities:

  • Manage participant enrollments and ensure all required interview documentation is completed before virtual hiring events.
  • Provide live technical and operational support to stakeholders during virtual hiring events.
  • Conduct applicant interviews for placement into seasonal employment positions.
  • Provide professional, responsive, and consistent customer service throughout the hiring process.
  • Complete post-event reporting and maintain accurate, up-to-date hiring records in the relevant database.
  • Coordinate multiple events and daily projects simultaneously while maintaining strong attention to detail.
  • Collaborate across teams to resolve issues, gather information, communicate project status, and keep hiring activities on track.
  • Contribute to additional projects and responsibilities as assigned.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • At least 1 year of experience in a customer-facing or client management role.
  • Event planning, scheduling, or coordination experience preferred; familiarity with virtual event management is an advantage.
  • Strong computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite; experience with Salesforce and advanced Excel capabilities, including macros, is preferred.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with diverse stakeholders.
  • Exceptional customer service, critical-thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
  • Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to take initiative and independently drive projects forward.
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver results within a fast-paced, collaborative team environment.
  • Ability to gather information effectively and clearly communicate project direction, updates, and status.
  • Strong multitasking skills and the ability to manage competing priorities while overseeing events and daily operations.
  • Flexibility to work some early mornings and evenings to accommodate host employer schedules.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally for overseas hiring events and domestic activities.
  • Growth-oriented mindset with an interest in continuously developing yourself, stakeholders, and program operations.
  • Ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment and demonstrate professionalism, integrity, respect, inclusion, excellence, and a strong problem-solving approach.
  • Successful completion of required background checks and education and employment verification.
Benefits:
  • Remote work within the Atlantic, Eastern, and Central U.S. time zones.
  • Opportunity to work in a fast-paced, international, and collaborative environment.
  • Meaningful opportunity to contribute to international exchange and intercultural experiences.
  • Exposure to global stakeholders, including international representatives, U.S. host employers, and participants from around the world.
  • Opportunity to develop experience across virtual event management, recruitment coordination, customer service, and international program operations.
  • Potential opportunities for domestic and international travel connected to hiring events.
