About the role

• The employer is a franchisee/owner of an independent The UPS Store center located in East Point, GA. The center provides convenient and value-added business services to the small-office/home-office market, corporate "road warriors," and consumers. Our centers offer a variety of shipping, freight, postal, digital online printing, document, and business services through convenient locations and world-class service.

What you'll do

• The Full Time role will consists of leading store operations, provide outstanding customer service and solutions to customers. Activities will include shipment processing, packing, printing, fax services, notary, inventory management, sorting mail etc., The ideal candidate will also help strategically build the Center’s retail print business, individual will work with local small businesses to promote Center’s marketing and document services. Basic Graphic design and project management skills preferred.

Qualifications

• Customer Service or Retail Experience: 2 years minimum
• Knowledge and application of graphic design software (Adobe Creative Suite)
• Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Able to lift 50+ pounds and stand for long periods of time
• Able to cross sell and up sell products and services

Benefits

• Salary: $12-15/hr Plus 1.5x for overtime
