Operate, monitor, and adjust machinery to produce high-quality productsPerform setup, changeovers, and basic troubleshootingConduct quality checks and accurately complete production documentationFollow all safety, quality, and standard work proceduresWork closely with teammates, maintenance, and supervisors to meet production goalsHelp identify improvements to make processes safer and more efficient

Experience as a machine or equipment operator preferred (we will train the right candidate)Mechanical aptitude and attention to detailAbility to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a teamCommitment to safety, quality, and reliabilityAbility to stand, lift, and work in a manufacturing environment

Manufacturing or production experienceExperience with preventive maintenance or quality checksA strong work ethic and a desire to grow your skills
