Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced LPN or LVN to support clinical compliance efforts across assisted living and senior living communities. This role helps review documentation, identify compliance trends or concerns, provide practical education, and partner with facility and operational leaders to support safe, ethical, and compliant practices within the LPN/LVN scope of practice.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support compliance audits, reviews, and follow-up activities related to resident care documentation, facility processes, HIPAA, and regulatory requirements.
  • Review records, policies, and facility practices to help identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Assist with preparing clear summaries of audit findings, recommendations, and follow-up action items.
  • Provide practical compliance education and support to facility leaders, field teams, and internal partners.
  • Participate in onsite and remote audits, compliance reviews, meetings, and risk assessments.
  • Partner with operations and clinical leaders to support consistent, compliant facility practices.

Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate is dependable, organized, professional, and approachable, with strong communication skills and the ability to build trust with facility teams. Must be comfortable using Microsoft 365 tools, working independently in a home office environment, and traveling approximately 60% of the time, including overnight travel.

Requirements:

Qualifications

  • Active, unrestricted LPN or LVN license in at least one applicable state, with willingness to pursue additional nursing licenses as needed for work in OR, WA, ID, and MT.
  • Minimum of two (2) years of LPN/LVN clinical experience in assisted living, memory care or other geriatric care settings.
  • Experience with resident care documentation, audits, surveys, or compliance-related follow-up preferred.
  • Prior assisted living facility experience strongly preferred.
