Come join our growing Maintenance Operations Team as a Full-Time Porter for our Richman Signature property in Dallas, TX!

Position: Porter

Location: Parc at White Rock, our 291-unit luxury residential community located in Dallas, TX (White Rock Lake Park and Santa Fe Trail area), 75238.

Hours: The hours for the position are Tuesday through Saturday from 8:00 am - 5:00 pm, with a one-hour lunch break daily.

• Competitive base hourly pay, discussed during interview process
• Automatic hourly pay increases every quarter (every 3 months) following your initial 90-days on the job, and eligible for annual discretionary bonus at year-end

• Report any unusual circumstances or resident concerns promptly
• Always maintain a professional appearance and attitude
• Uphold safety standards and report any issues to management
• Demonstrate exceptional customer service to residents
• Adhere to company policies and seek opportunities for personal growth

Qualifications:

• Education
  1. High school diploma or GED required
• Experience
  1. 1-3 months of related experience preferred
  2. Experience with cleaning compounds and pressure washing beneficial
  3. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Skills & Certifications:
  1. Valid Driver’s License required
