Tired of chasing miles for pay that doesn't add up? Blackwood Solutions is hiring Class A CDL Drivers now — End Dump and Knuckle Boom/Grapple Operators — and we back it up with real money, real equipment, and a schedule you can count on.

Here's what's in it for you:

• $1,000–$1,700 per week with overtime, paid weekly
• $500/month safety bonus on top of your paycheck
• 2 weeks out, home on your 2nd weekend — and we pay for your hotel while you're away
• Overtime at time and a half over 40 hours, and overtime is regularly available
• You're a company employee, not a contractor — full stop
• Every work-related expense covered
• Late-model, well-maintained, state-of-the-art trucks
• All required PPE supplied — just bring your safety boots

What you need:

• Class A CDL with at least 1 year of experience
• Strong, clean driving record
• Manual transmission experience required
• End Dump/Flatbed experience preferred
• Knuckle Boom/Grapple experience a plus — we'll train the right candidate
