We're hiring Front of House and Back of House Team Members for our Chick-fil-A restaurants at Mesa Street & Remcon Circle and Desert Boulevard in West El Paso.

Team Member Pay

• Part-Time: $12/hour

• Full-Time: $14/hour

What You'll Do

Front of House

• Welcome and serve guests with genuine hospitality

• Take orders accurately and efficiently

• Support dining room, drive-thru, curbside, and other service areas

• Maintain clean and organized guest areas

• Keep service areas stocked and ready

• Work closely with Team Members and Leaders during busy periods

Back of House

• Prepare, cook, assemble, and serve Chick-fil-A menu items

• Follow food quality and food safety standards

• Keep kitchen areas clean, organized, and stocked

• Safely operate restaurant and kitchen equipment

• Support opening, closing, cleaning, and stocking responsibilities

• Work efficiently as part of a team during high-volume periods

Scheduling

We offer both Full-Time and Part-Time opportunities.

Typical schedules include opening, mid-day, evening, and closing shifts based on restaurant needs and your availability.

• Full-Time opportunities are generally 32+ hours per week

• Part-Time opportunities are available

• Saturday availability is required

• Strong Friday availability is highly valued

• Both restaurants are closed every Sunday

• We are primarily looking for candidates interested in year-round employment rather than seasonal-only work

Requirements

• Meet the minimum age requirement for the position

• Back of House applicants must be 18+

• Availability to work Saturdays

• Reliable attendance and punctuality

• Ability to work in a fast-paced restaurant environment

• Ability to stand and move for extended periods

• Ability to bend, reach, push, pull, and perform repetitive tasks

• Ability to lift up to approximately 50 pounds when needed

• Willingness to work as part of a team

• Willingness to follow restaurant food safety, uniform, grooming, and appearance standards

• Ability to work outdoors when required for certain Front of House responsibilities
