Job Summary:
The Business Development Representative (BDR) is the engine of Flueid's sales pipeline. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying prospective clients, initiating outreach, qualifying opportunities, and scheduling discovery calls and meetings for our Senior Business Developers. This is an ideal role for an ambitious, driven individual looking to launch and grow a career in B2B technology sales.

Duties/Responsibilities:
- Prospect and identify new business opportunities through research, cold outreach, email campaigns, LinkedIn, and industry databases
- Qualify inbound and outbound leads by understanding prospect needs, timelines, and decision-making authority
- Schedule and coordinate discovery calls and meetings between qualified prospects and Senior Business Developers
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all outreach activities, leads, and pipeline status in the CRM
- Conduct initial discovery conversations to understand a prospect's pain points and business priorities
- Collaborate closely with Senior Business Developers to ensure seamless handoffs and consistent messaging
- Meet or exceed monthly targets for qualified meetings set and pipeline generated
- Stay current on Flueid's product offerings, market trends, and competitive landscape
- Participate in sales team meetings, training sessions, and coaching sessions to continuously improve performance
Skills/Requirements:
- US Citizen
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3-5 years of experience in sales, customer-facing, or business development roles; prior BDR/SDR experience a plus
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a confident, professional presence
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) preferred
- Interest in real estate, title, mortgage, or fintech industries is a plus
- Coachable mindset and a genuine desire to grow into an Account Executive or Senior Business Developer role
Physical Demands:
- Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential functions consistent with the ADA, FMLA and other federal, state, and local standards, including meeting qualitative and or quantitative productivity standards.
- Ability to maintain regular, punctual attendance consistent with the ADA, FMLA, and other federal, state and local standards.

- Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a calculator, copy machine, and computer printer.
- The employee may occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
- Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, and ability to adjust focus.
- Must be able to talk, listen and speak clearly on the telephone.
