BEE ACCESS- PRODUCTION SUPPORT

We are seeking a Production Support associate to join our production team that will support the company’s overall growth strategy by assisting the welders by maintaining their tools and equipment and by maintaining a clean, organized work environment. This position requires basic skills to cut, drill and punch, and assemble.

• Full-time hours and first shift schedule: 40 hours per week guaranteed, Monday-Friday 6am-2:30pm

WHAT THE ROLE DOES:

• Assemble equipment - locate, clean, assemble components
• Prep hardware, parts, and equipment for assembly
• Read a tape measure accurately
• Ability to work on multiple projects by order of priority
• Support welders/fabricators as they fabricate various metal parts

THE BACKGROUND THAT FITS:

• High School diploma or equivalent
• 1 year of experience in the manufacturing industry with construction exposure preferred
• 1 year of Forklift experience preferred
• Strong organization and communication skills required
• Capable of handling and lifting 50 lbs. without assistance
