About Us
- Plan and coordinate logistics for meetings, workshops, webinars, trainings, and other project related events.
- Maintain project calendars, trackers, and timelines to support program activities, deliverables, and reporting deadlines.
- Design key project collateral and materials, including flyers, announcements, agendas, presentations, handouts, and participant resources.
- Set up and manage event registration sites; monitor registrations, cancellations, and participant inquiries.
- Coordinate with consultants, partners, and funders to support training needs, timelines, materials, and invoice submission.
- Maintain regular communication with internal and external stakeholders, providing updates and reports as needed.
- Proofread, format, and prepare documents to ensure accuracy and alignment with CIBHS templates and branding guidelines.
- Attend meetings, track follow-up items, and support timely completion of action steps.
- Maintain organized project records, including deliverables, materials, and other project documentation.
- Create and edit graphics, flyers, and other visual materials.
- Develop content for CDBHI related social media posts, email campaigns, and other digital communications.
- Perform basic website content updates and video editing.
- Support the administration of online platforms used for trainings and events, including course and registration setup, enrollment, and participant support.
- Participate in internal team meetings and contribute to ongoing process improvements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- At least 2 years’ experience supporting complex projects in a team-based professional environment.
- At least 2 years’ experience creating and editing visual content in Canva or similar design tools.
- At least 2 years’ experience developing content and performing basic video editing for social media, email, or other digital channels.
- At least 2 years’ experience managing web-based platforms such as event registration, email marketing (e.g., Mailchimp), survey (e.g., SurveyMonkey), website content, and training platforms or learning management systems.
- Familiarity with behavioral health, healthcare, public health, human services, nonprofit, or government-funded programs is preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to coordinate timelines, logistics, documentation, and deliverables with strong attention to detail.
- Strong proofreading, editing, written communication, and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organizational, time management, problem-solving, and follow-through skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, shifting priorities, and competing deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work independently, anticipate needs, and communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel.

Compensation and Benefits
- $70,000 - $75,000 per year

Work Location and Schedule
This is a full-time remote position. The selected candidate must reside in California and be available for occasional travel for meetings, trainings, conferences, or project-related activities. Travel may include air travel and overnight stays.
