Full-time employees receive the following:

What You Will Do
- Answer incoming calls from prospective clients in a professional and courteous manner
- Conduct intake interviews and gather relevant information regarding potential personal injury claims
- Ask appropriate questions regarding the accident, injuries, treatment, insurance, and other relevant case information
- Listen carefully and identify important details that may impact the potential case
- Accurately document client information and intake details in the firm's case management system
- Communicate relevant information to attorneys, case managers, and other team members
- Maintain confidentiality of client and firm information
- Provide consistent and exceptional customer service throughout the intake process
- Follow established intake procedures and firm policies
- Meet established department goals and performance standards
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
Successful candidates will need a positive attitude along with a wide array of skills and talents, including the following:
- Must provide stellar customer service
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong active listening and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build rapport and establish trust with prospective clients
- Ability to ask sensitive or challenging questions with professionalism and empathy
- Excellent organizational skills
- Keen attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to remain calm and professional in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Strong judgment, common sense, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and computer-based systems
- Previous personal injury or law firm experience is preferred
- Previous call center or high-volume customer service experience is preferred
- Bilingual Spanish is highly preferred
- Current Nevada Notary Public commission is a plus
Working Conditions and Physical Requirements
- This role operates in a professional, climate-controlled office with moderate noise and frequent interaction with clients and team members. Must maintain strict confidentiality regarding all firm and client matters.
- High-pressure, fast-paced environment requiring the ability to manage a high volume of calls while maintaining professionalism, accuracy, and exceptional customer service.
- Standard work weeks require a minimum of 40 hours, with occasional evening or weekend work required based on client needs and business demands.
- Must be able to remain in a stationary position (sitting or standing) for 80% or more of the workday.
- Constantly operates a computer, telephone, headset, and other office equipment.
- Frequently exchanges information in person, via telephone, email, or other approved digital platforms with prospective clients and team members.
- Prolonged screen and telephone use.
