The Carabetta Companies is looking for reliable, hardworking, and experienced Snowplow Operators to join our team for the upcoming winter season. Snowplow Operators will help keep our residential communities, parking lots, and properties safe and accessible during snow and ice events.

This is a great opportunity for individuals with snow removal experience who are looking for seasonal work and enjoy working outdoors.

• Operate snowplows, trucks, and snow removal equipment to clear parking lots, driveways, and property roadways.

• Remove snow and ice from assigned properties to maintain safe access for residents, employees, and visitors.

• Apply salt, sand, and other ice-melt materials as needed.

• Perform pre-season inspections and report any equipment issues.

• Work safely and follow company procedures during snow and ice events.

• Assist with shoveling, snow blowing, and other snow removal duties when needed.

• Respond to snow removal assignments in a timely manner.

• Maintain a professional and dependable attitude while representing The Carabetta Companies.

Qualifications include, but are not limited to:

• Previous snowplowing or snow removal experience required.

• Valid driver's license and a safe driving record.

• Experience operating a pickup truck with a plow or other snow removal equipment.

• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, holidays, and early mornings, as needed during snow events.

• Ability to work outdoors in cold weather and safely perform physical snow removal tasks.

• Dependable transportation to assigned properties.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Reliable, punctual, and safety-conscious.

• Seasonal employment with a well-established property management company.
