You will work across the data lifecycle, from integration, transformation, and modeling to the delivery of analytical datasets and BI solutions.
The position combines data engineering and analytics engineering, with a strong focus on Databricks, SQL, and Power BI.

Develop and maintain data integration, transformation, and processing solutions, primarily using Databricks and SQL.

Apply analytics engineering principles to connect business requirements with effective data structures and models.
Build metrics, KPIs, analytical models, and other data assets that support business decision-making.

Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to translate requirements into practical data and analytics solutions.
Ensure the consistency, integrity, accuracy, and quality of data used in analytical processes.

Apply senior-level technical autonomy when planning and executing data engineering and analytics activities.
Contribute to continuous improvement of data practices, architecture, and analytical capabilities.
Solid hands-on experience with Databricks.
Strong SQL skills and practical experience using SQL for data transformation, analysis, and engineering.
Professional experience with Power BI, including the development of models, metrics, indicators, reports, and dashboards.
Experience with data modeling and transformation.
Knowledge and practical experience with analytics engineering principles and practices.
Experience integrating data from different sources and preparing information for BI and analytics solutions.
Ability to structure and organize data for reliable analytical consumption.
Senior-level technical maturity and autonomy to independently conduct data and analytics activities.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business needs into effective data solutions.
Ability to collaborate with different stakeholders and communicate technical concepts clearly.
