This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for an Analista de Processos e Melhoria Contínua based in Brazil.
This is a remote opportunity focused on transforming complex operational processes into mature, efficient, and measurable workflows.
You will investigate end-to-end operations, identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies, and design improved processes based on data and evidence.
The role combines process management, Lean methodologies, analytics, governance, automation, and change management.
You will work closely with operational teams, technology, product, leadership, and external BPO partners to turn opportunities into sustainable improvements.
A key part of the position is establishing standards, KPIs, documentation, and governance that support continuous operational evolution.
You will also help identify opportunities for RPA, workflow automation, and AI-enabled processes, translating operational needs into actionable requirements.
This role is ideal for an analytical and structured professional who enjoys solving real operational problems and turning insights into measurable results.
Conduct end-to-end as-is assessments of operational processes through interviews, operational observation, data analysis, and workshops with relevant teams.
Map and document workflows using BPMN, identifying bottlenecks, rework, unnecessary handoffs, weak decision points, and operational waste.
Design to-be processes with quantified expected gains in productivity, cycle time, quality, cost, and risk, supported by practical implementation plans.
Build and maintain process-standardization assets, including SOPs, flowcharts, SIPOC diagrams, RACI matrices, decision trees, and exception criteria.
Structure and lead continuous-improvement initiatives using DMAIC, PDCA, Kaizen, and A3 methodologies, from problem definition through sustained and validated results.
Define and monitor process KPIs such as cycle time, adherence, rework, quality, SLA, and productivity, translating performance data into actionable recommendations.
Conduct structured root-cause analysis using methods such as Ishikawa, 5 Whys, Pareto analysis, and FMEA.
Identify and prioritize automation opportunities involving business rules, integrations, RPA, and AI, working with Product and Technology teams to translate process needs into requirements.
Manage the process-change pipeline by evaluating requests, assessing impact and risk, versioning documentation, communicating changes, supporting training, and verifying adoption.
Lead change-management activities with internal teams and BPO partners to ensure redesigned processes are effectively implemented and consistently followed.
Present diagnoses, hypotheses, improvement proposals, and results to leadership using clear, concise, data-driven communication.
Serve as a process-management reference for other squads, sharing methodologies and supporting improvement analyses across the broader operation.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, preferably Production Engineering, Business Administration, Statistics, Information Systems, Quality Management, or a related field.
Solid professional experience in process management and continuous improvement, covering the full cycle from as-is diagnosis through to-be redesign, implementation, and sustained results.
Strong knowledge of BPMN and process-modeling tools such as Bizagi, Lucidchart, Miro, Visio, or equivalent platforms.
Practical experience applying Lean and Lean Six Sigma methodologies, including DMAIC, VSM, Kaizen, PDCA, and A3, in projects with measurable outcomes.
Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt or Green Belt certification.
Strong analytical capabilities, including advanced Excel skills and the ability to independently interpret indicators through BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or similar.
Experience defining and monitoring operational KPIs and SLAs, including target setting and variance analysis.
Proven ability to facilitate interviews, workshops, and alignment meetings with business stakeholders.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate complex analysis into clear executive recommendations.
Autonomy, organization, and maturity to manage multiple initiatives in a dynamic environment with changing priorities.
Experience with digital operations such as customer experience, contact centers, content moderation, trust & safety, fraud prevention, risk, or large-scale back-office operations is desirable.
Experience managing BPO partners and governance of outsourced processes is a plus.
Knowledge of SQL for data querying and validation is desirable.
Experience with process automation and AI, including RPA, workflows, agents, or automated decision models, is an advantage.
Familiarity with agile environments, including squads, sprints, OKRs, Jira, and Confluence, is a plus.
Knowledge of governance and risk-management frameworks such as Three Lines, COSO, COPC, or ISO 9001 is desirable.
Intermediate English for technical reading is a plus.
Green Belt certification for senior-level scope, Black Belt certification, or CBPP/BPM CBOK training is considered an additional advantage.
