  • 10+ years of CPG/FMCG, retail, or related experience, including Shopper, Category, Commercial or Consumer Insights, or Sales Analytics.

  • People-management experience and ability to influence senior stakeholders and retail customers, with strong presentation and storytelling skills.

  • Advanced hands-on expertise with NielsenIQ and/or Circana POS/scan and shopper panel data.

  • Strong shopper/category analytics and research skills; proficiency with generative AI, AI-enabled tools, Excel and PowerPoint; Power BI/Tableau preferred.

Preferred Qualifications (Optional):

  • Experience supporting major U.S. retailers and retailer-specific data environments, food/beverage or other high-velocity CPG categories, and cross-market work across the U.S. and Latin America.

The base salary for this position is between $125,000 and $150,000 per year . Actual compensation will depend on a variety of factors, including qualifications, experience, and location.
