Course description: Study of the coordination methods and direction in the context of established and functional social organizations. Transformation and growth of social organizations from the inside.
Required experience and qualifications:
- PhD in philosophy, social sciences, or humanities.
- Expertise in social innovation, social impact organizations, and social transformation research.
- Experience teaching interdisciplinary courses in social movements and critical theory.
- Experience integrating case studies, experiential learning, community-engaged pedagogy, and activist knowledge in teaching.
- Passive proficiency in the second official language
- Sensitivity to multiple differences (including abilities, genders, and cultures) and to students' concerns.
- Proficiency with both in-person and online learning tools
- Participate in three scheduled teaching meetings with members of the teaching team of the School of Social Innovation during the term
