About the role
Coordinate and support all phases of residential construction from permitting through project completion and closing. Work closely with Project Managers, Superintendents, subcontractors, suppliers, and homeowners to maintain project schedules, coordinate materials and inspections, and ensure projects remain on track. Manage day-to-day project documentation and updates within Buildertrend, including schedules, purchase orders, work orders, change orders, selections, and project records. Monitor project progress, proactively identify potential delays or issues, and assist with resolving scheduling and operational challenges to support efficient, timely, and successful project completion.
What you'll do

- Monitor project progress and identify potential delays.
- Assist Project Managers and Superintendents with daily operations.
- Schedule subcontractors and suppliers.
- Coordinate material deliveries.
- Schedule inspections and utility connections.
- Update Buildertrend schedules.
- Issue purchase orders and work orders.
- Verify materials have been ordered correctly.
- Coordinate change orders and selections.
- Maintain documents in Buildertrend
Qualifications
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- High attention to detail.
- Problem-solving mindset.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Buildertrend (or similar construction management software).
- Knowledge of residential construction processes.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while meeting deadlines.
